The Spa & Wellness Program
Two Floors of Wellness, Rooted in Old European Tradition
An expansive thermal, treatment, and activity experience combining advanced wellness practices with the enduring rituals of Europe’s great spa houses.
The Program
Roughly 26,000 square feet, reserved and unhurried
Braemore House is planned as a two-floor spa and wellness complex reserved for registered hotel guests and a small, intentionally limited group of private members. It is not planned as a public day spa.
The experience divides into two complementary levels: a full thermal and relaxation floor included with every stay, and a treatment and activity floor offering both included programming and paid private services.
Access Model
Privacy, controlled access, and a low guest-to-space ratio
Hotel Guests
Every registered guest receives full access to the thermal floor throughout their stay — pools, saunas, steam rooms, cold rooms, foot circuits, grounding areas, relaxation lounges, nap spaces, outdoor terraces, and tea and hydration service. Treatments, private rituals, and selected activities are booked separately.
Private Members
A very limited number of private memberships may be offered — positioned as private access to the house rather than a conventional gym or public spa. Members receive thermal floor access and may reserve treatments and activities under the same booking structure as guests.
Public Access
Braemore House is not planned as an open day spa. Any non-guest access is limited to private members, invited guests of members, select private events or buyouts, and carefully controlled preview experiences.

Level One
The Thermal & Relaxation Floor
Included in the room rate and open for the full use of guests and members. Designed for unstructured, self-directed use — guests move freely among water, heat, cold, foot, grounding, and relaxation environments, each with a distinct temperature, material palette, scent, and atmosphere.
The floor is complete enough that a guest can spend several hours there without scheduling a single treatment.
