We call our team the Stewards of the House — Stewards for short. They are the keepers of its fires, its water, its rituals, and its quiet hospitality. As Braemore House moves toward opening, we are beginning to gather the people who will define it.
Early Leadership
Founding leadership roles
The first Stewards will help shape the house from the ground up. These founding roles carry unusual influence over the culture, standards, and spirit of Braemore House.
General Manager
The steward of the whole house — responsible for the guest experience, the team, and the daily rhythm of the property from opening onward.
Director of Wellness
Leads the two-floor thermal and treatment program, the ritual calendar, and the standards of the spa and recovery experience.
Executive Chef
Shapes a seasonal, mountain-and-Highlands-inspired kitchen across dining, private events, and in-room hospitality.
Director of Guest Experience
Owns arrivals, reservations, and the small, personal touches that make the house feel private rather than transactional.

Recent Graduate Program
A first chapter in hospitality
Braemore House will run a recent graduate program for those beginning careers in hospitality, wellness, and culinary arts. Graduates rotate through the house — spa, kitchen, front of house, and grounds — learning old-world service alongside experienced Stewards.
